Booking Policy
All participants must register and pay the full entry fee before the deadline. Spots are confirmed only upon successful payment. For doubles, both partners must register individually.
Cancellation Policy
No refunds will be issued for delays, schedule changes, or rescheduling caused by weather or unforeseen circumstances. Refunds will only be considered if the entire tournament is cancelled before any play has commenced.
Inclement Weather Policy
In the event of rain or adverse weather conditions, the Tournament Director reserves the right to modify the match format to ensure completion of the event.
