Half a decade of showing up.
Mission Healthy with Mihika began as a small group of women who decided that strong was a better goal than small. Five years later, that idea has held up.
Through Zoom rooms, kettlebell PRs, half-marathon finish lines and the occasional injury comeback — the community kept finding its way back to the work. Every Monday morning. Every Wednesday push. Every Friday celebration.
Now, for the first time, we’re putting down the dumbbells and getting in the same room. Reds, oranges, yellows. Golden hour. Stories, music, and the women who make this what it is.
We don’t train to look good in pictures. We train so that life feels easier — and Saturdays feel earned.

Five years ago, this started as a small experiment: a few of us showing up to lift, run, and figure out what strong meant on our own terms.
It’s grown into something I never planned for — a community of women who don’t just train, they belong to each other’s lives. The wins, the slumps, the comebacks.
On 2nd May, I want to step away from the screen and be in the same room as you. No workout. No homework. Just us, in our brightest colours, watching the sun go down on five good years — and toasting the next five.
Please come. It won’t feel right without you.
